Who sells and who licenses
Winbro is a Windows desktop app made and licensed by Mateja Vasojevikj, an individual based in Ohrid, North Macedonia. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Mateja Vasojevikj.
Creem is the merchant of record. Creem sells Winbro to you: it takes your payment, works out and pays any VAT or sales tax, sends your receipt and invoice, and handles payment questions, refunds and chargebacks. Its Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice apply to your purchase. We never see your card or bank details. We license the software to you and support it.
What these terms cover
These terms cover buying Winbro, using this website and using the app. By buying or using Winbro, you accept them.
When you install Winbro, the installer also shows the End-User License Agreement, which covers the installed software in more detail. The two are meant to agree. If they differ on how you may use the software, the license agreement applies. On buying, payment and refunds, these terms and the Refund Policy apply.
Your license
When you buy Winbro you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it for your own personal or internal business use. You pay once. Creem shows the total, including any tax for your country, before you pay. Winbro is licensed, not sold, and we keep all rights that these terms don't give you.
- Winbro runs on two PCs at the same time. They must be PCs you own or control.
- Activating Winbro on a third PC moves the license to that PC, from the one that checked in least recently. You can do this up to 3 times in any 12 months on your own. If you need more, email us and we'll help.
- Choosing "Deactivate this PC" in Winbro (Preferences > About > License) frees that PC's place and doesn't count as a move.
- Your license key is personal. Don't publish it, share it or resell it.
- After you activate, Winbro checks in with our activation server about every 6 hours while it runs and your PC is online. It keeps working offline for up to 30 days between successful check-ins. After that it locks until it can check in again. Your notes and settings stay on your PC.
- A refund or a payment dispute withdraws the key. A PC that is online then locks at its next check, within about 6 hours. A PC that stays offline locks when its current 30-day pass ends.
Acceptable use
Use Winbro lawfully and within the license limits. You may not:
- copy, sell, rent, lend or sublicense Winbro, except as these terms and the license agreement allow;
- remove or bypass the license check;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble Winbro, except where the law allows it despite this rule;
- remove copyright, trademark or license notices;
- overload, probe or attack our activation server or this website, for example by guessing license keys or sending automated bulk requests;
- use Winbro to break the law or to harm other people.
If you break these rules, your license ends automatically, as section 8 of the license agreement says. You must then stop using Winbro and uninstall it. If you think that happened by mistake, write to us.
Updates
Every update to Winbro is included in your one-time payment. Updates are your choice: Winbro looks for one only when you ask it to, or once a day if you turn that on, and it never installs an update without your action. Updates come under these terms and the license agreement unless they arrive with different terms. We may improve, change or remove features in later versions.
AI features and other services
Winbro doesn't sell AI access. Its AI features work with accounts, API keys or models that you provide: Groq, Google Gemini, Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (Codex), or an offline model that runs on your PC. We don't resell these services or add a markup, and Winbro doesn't generate images or video.
Those companies provide their services under their own terms and prices, and you agree to their terms when you use their services through Winbro. We aren't responsible for their services, their availability, their charges or what they return.
AI can make mistakes, and Winbro can control other apps and your PC when you ask it to. Risky steps and scripts show exactly what will run and wait for you to allow them once. Read them before you allow them, and keep backups of anything important.
Winbro includes open-source software, which you may use under its own licenses; the notices that come with Winbro list them. Optional engines and models are downloaded from their official sources under their own licenses. Weather data comes from Open-Meteo under a CC BY 4.0 license, and its place search uses GeoNames data.
Refunds
You can ask for your money back within 14 days of buying, no questions asked. The details are in the Refund Policy. It doesn't affect any rights you have under the law.
Your data
The Privacy Policy explains what this website and the Winbro app do with personal data, including everything the app sends over the internet and when.
Warranty
To the extent the law allows, Winbro is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. That includes any promise that it suits a particular purpose or runs without interruption or errors. How well Winbro can control other apps and devices depends on Windows, those apps and your hardware, so we can't promise it works with all of them.
If you are a consumer, the law may give you rights that these terms can't limit, such as the right to software that works as described. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for Winbro in the 12 months before the claim.
None of this limits liability that the law doesn't let us limit, such as liability for fraud, for intentional harm, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. It also leaves your statutory consumer rights as they are.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to purchases made after that date. A purchase you already made stays under the terms you accepted, unless the law requires a change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, including any right they give you to take a dispute to a court there.
If something goes wrong, write to us first. Most problems are quicker to fix that way. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
