Your 14 days
If Winbro isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you get a full refund, no questions asked. You don't need to give a reason. This applies to every purchase, wherever you live.
How to ask
Email contact@vasojevich.com and tell us the email address you bought with, or the order number from your receipt, so we can find your purchase. You can also contact Creem through the link in your receipt.
Please contact us or Creem before you dispute the payment with your bank. Creem's Buyer Terms ask for this, and a dispute withdraws your key just as a refund does.
What happens next
Creem, the merchant of record, sends the refund to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card provider.
Once the refund goes through, your key stops working. Creem tells our activation server about the refund automatically. A PC that is online locks at its next check, within about 6 hours. A PC that stays offline locks when its current offline pass ends, after 30 days at most.
Please uninstall Winbro once you have your refund. Your notes and settings stay on your PC.
After 14 days
After the 14 days, we decide case by case. Write to us if something is wrong, for example if Winbro doesn't work as described on your PC or you were charged twice, and we'll look into it. We will always honor refunds that the law requires.
Your legal rights
The 14-day refund is on top of the rights you have under the law where you live, for example for software that doesn't work as described. It doesn't replace or limit them.
